Had to share ...
(who IS MOVING up this-a-way!!)
posted about this
incredible gal
Terry Grahl.
Her non-profit business?
As her website says,
Enchanted Makeovers is a internationally recognized non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization that transforms shelters for women and children into places of peace and possibilities—not just where basic needs are met, but spiritual needs for hope and beauty also.
WOW!
I think this is a big deal!
Why?
The primary concern
of women's shelters is safety.
Safety for women and their children.
As we work to
bring beauty into our lives
it may
never
occur to us that
beauty
can be a luxury
for some.
Terry brings beauty
into the lives
of some of our most
fragile sisters.
And their kiddos.
Here's what Tracey posted:
Why am I sharing all of this? Martha Stewart is having a contest, and Terry is in the running for her generous deeds...and I think it's a wildly worth while cause. We all need to go to Martha's site and make our votes count!
Terry (and her non profit company) could win $2,500.
Just take a moment and think about just how far that could go.
Women like Terry inspire me to do more, and to pay better attention to others in need around me. We can all help. Simply click on the link and look on the right hand side of the webpage.(Now, go vote!)

I went to Martha's site ... (here)
read about all the wonderful gals
and voted.
If you have time,
please go visit this site.
Consider the dreams these gals
are DOING.
Vote if you would like
BUT THEN ...
Consider what
YOU
&
OTHERS
friends ...
family ...
neighbors ...
HOPE FOR.
DREAM ABOUT.
How can we make those
hopes and dreams come true?
Hugs and encouragement to DARE to DREAM and applauding those making DREAMS turn into REALITY.
SAMMY GIRL
I'm dreaming and I'm doing! It makes such a difference in my life - better than sitting at home wondering WHAT to do! See you soon. Hugs, ~Adrienne~
